After receiving an excellent policy suggestion in the mail from 8-year-old Katie, Joe starts to depend on her advice. Barry becomes suspicious when Joe suggests that they battle global warming by giving everyone a unicorn to ride to work. 

Episode 93: Halloween surprise...
Jill and Joe are supposed to meet up at the annual White House Halloween Party, but, to get back at him for a ill-timed whoopie cushion gag, Barry tricks Joe by telling him that Jill will be dressed up as a Stormtrooper.
